People do a lot of things in the street as gardens are nonexistent where these children live .Children are sent on errand all the time and the babies tag along. Sometimes toddlers have other toddlers looking after them. This is changing with the development of daycare centres.This photo was taken in 2002
The painting was done in pastel on pastel paper. The sunlight created warm pinks and oranges as well as blues and pinks on the baby's skin .I liked the composition very much
