My Baobab Series is about paintings that tells a story around the Baobab trees in Africa. Bath time is the time when the family is getting together to eat, to visit and to prepare for the night. A lot of activities is done outside and sitting on the floor or ground is normal and relaxing.
The colours are mainly warm with the setting of the sun. I like the presence of the tree where people had cut out a living in the bush and around the Baobab tree, making it a part of their daily living.
